1. Sponsor

Jaar Company, LLC, 1728 Wilkesboro Hwy., Statesville, NC 28625 (“Sponsor”), an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchisee. McDonald’s USA, LLC is not a sponsor, administrator, or prize provider.

2. Promotion Period

Begins June 1, 2026 and ends September 30, 2026. Conducted quarterly through December 31, 2026, and may be extended at Sponsor’s discretion.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of North Carolina, age 18+. Employees and immediate families of Sponsor, McDonald’s, and affiliates are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

Survey: Visit www.tellmcdonalds.com and submit required info. Mail entry: Jaar Company, LLC, Statesville, NC. Postmarked within 7 days and received within 14 days after quarter close. Limit 1 entry per person per day. Invalid entries may be disqualified.

6. Prize

One (1) winner per quarter receives $500 (gift card or check). ARV $500. Taxes are responsibility of winner.

7. Winner Selection

Random drawing 15–45 days after quarter. Winner must respond within 10 days.

8. Verification

Winners subject to verification. Sponsor decisions are final.

9. Affidavit and Release

Winner may be required to sign affidavit and provide identification.

10. Publicity

Winner consents to use of name, city/state, and likeness.

11. Privacy

Information used for administration and customer experience. Survey handled via www.tellmcdonalds.com; Sponsor not responsible for third-party practices.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify promotion. Fraud may result in disqualification.

13. Liability

Sponsor not responsible for lost entries, technical failures, or unauthorized access.

14. Disputes

Governed by North Carolina law. No class actions.

15. Winner List
